Brewing Instructions

Teapot / Gaiwan (Gongfu Style):
• 1g tea : 25ml water
• 100°C water• Rinse quickly, then steep for 15 seconds
• Add 5–10 seconds per infusion
• Steep 8+ times

Thermos (Daily Use):
• 1g tea : 200ml water• Rinse briefly and discard
• Steep for 15–20 minutes
• Refill when 1/3 remains
