We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind
Tea & Herbal Products
Because tea and herbs are food products, we can only accept returns if the package is unopened and the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Teaware & Non-food Items
We can only accept returns if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
-How to Request a Return
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@chikicha.com.au within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
