1. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
- Final amounts will be displayed in your local currency at checkout.
- Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to postal services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Only unopened tea/herb products and unused teaware that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be returned.
