A historic post-fermented dark tea with over 1,500 years of history. Once offered as a tribute tea during the Qing Dynasty, it was traded along the ancient Tea Boat Route to Southeast Asia. Deep, mellow and earthy, traditionally enjoyed to support digestion and restore balance in the body.

Brewing Instructions

Brewing Guide
Teapot / Gaiwan (Gongfu Style)
• 1g tea : 25ml water
• 100°C water
• Rinse quickly, then steep for 15 seconds
• Add 5–10 seconds per infusion
• Steep 8+ times

Thermos (Daily Brewing)
• 1g tea : 200ml water
• Rinse briefly and discard
• Steep for 15–20 minutes
• Refill when 1/3 remains
• Enjoy 2–3 infusions

Boiling Method (Traditional Style)
• 1g tea : 150ml water
• Rinse briefly and discard
• Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes
• Enjoy the rich and full-bodied liquor
