Sun-drying is the most ancient and original method of making white tea — no machines, no artificial heat, only time, bamboo trays, and the natural elements. But it’s not always possible. It depends entirely on the right combination of sunlight, temperature, humidity, and airflow — a gift from nature that not every year can offer. In 2014, the conditions aligned. This tea was crafted with a philosophy we deeply respect:“Half by human hands, half by heaven.”
