Naturally sun-dried on bamboo trays and aged for more than a decade in clean, dry storage, it brews into a smooth, mellow infusion with floral sweetness and long-lasting clarity.

Why We Love This Tea
Sun-drying is the most ancient and original method of making white tea — no machines, no artificial heat, only time, bamboo trays, and the natural elements. But it’s not always possible.It depends entirely on the right combination of sunlight, temperature, humidity, and airflow — a gift from nature that not every year can offer.In 2014, the conditions aligned.This tea was crafted with a philosophy we deeply respect:“Half by human hands, half by heaven.”

Brewing Instructions
Teapot / Gaiwan (Gongfu Style):
• 1g tea : 25ml water
• 100°C water
• Rinse quickly, then steep for 15 seconds
• Add 5–10 seconds per infusion
• Steep 8+ times
Thermos (Daily Use):
• 1g tea : 200ml water
• Rinse briefly and discard
• Steep for 15–20 minutes
• Refill when 1/3 remains
• Enjoy 2–3 infusions
