Our shiitake mushrooms come from Qingyuan, China - known as the "Mushroom Capital of China" and the birthplace of cultivated shiitake, dating back to the Tang Dynasty.

Grown by a family of third-generation mushroom farmers, our shitake are organically cultivated, naturally sun-dried, and traditionally wood-fire dried to preserve their deep aroma and rich flavor.
