Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew (Gongfu Style)

  • Ratio: 1:50 tea to water
  • Water: 90–100 °C
  • Steep: For the first 1–3 infusions, steep 5–10 seconds; then add 10–15 seconds to each subsequent infusion.
  • Tip: Can be brewed 10+ times.

Cold Brew

  • Ratio: 1g tea :200ml water ratio
  • Water: Spring water / filter water recommended
  • Method: Place tea and water in a bottle, refrigerate for 4–6 hours, then enjoy a refreshing cold brew.
